Return Policy

Returns will only be considered based on one of the following situations:

  1. The System was received damaged and we were notified of the damage within five (5) business days from the date of delivery, in which case the System will be exchanged at our cost.
  2. The System is in need of repair and is under warranty. For details on our warranty, please read the Warranty and Repair Policy.

Return Procedures

When you contact our customer service representative, they will ask why you wish to return the item and will review with you the following terms and conditions that must be followed to ensure your return is accepted.

  1. For Systems received damaged:
  2. In this situation please call our customer service department at 1-844-770-0177 to arrange for a Return Merchandise Number (“RMA”). Before you call please ensure you have either your original order number or the serial number on your device available to expedite the process. The order number can be found on the top right hand corner of the packing slip you received with the product. We will not accept returns without a RMA and we will not accept COD returns.

    Meditech will cover the shipping costs via UPS for both the return and re-shipment of the System. Shipping instructions will be explained at the time you’re issued an RMA.

    Important: For products that were received damaged, all components and parts must be returned in the original case to be eligible for exchange. All returns must be shipped to:

  3. For Repairs Under Warranty:
  4. Before you contact us please review our Warranty Policy which details the terms and conditions and the type of repairs covered under the Policy.

    If you believe the repair is covered under this policy call our customer service department at 1-844-770-0177. Our representative will review your claim and if approved will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) Number. To expedite this process ensure you have the serial number on your device available prior to calling. Please note that we will not accept returns without an RMA and we will not accept COD returns.

    Meditech will cover the shipping costs via UPS for both the return and re-shipment of approved repairs. Shipping instructions will be explained at the time you’re issued an RMA.
