**Note: In order to be eligible for the following warranty, your BioFlex Personal Therapy System must have been purchased directly from Meditech with your name appearing on the original invoice.**

Warranty

Meditech International manufacturers its devices in accordance with industry standards and practices and warrants our devices to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of shipment and receipt. The warranty term is one year beginning on the date the product is shipped by Meditech, as further described in the following paragraphs.

This warranty does not cover damage due to external causes, including accidents, abuse, misuse, problems with electrical power, usage not in accordance with product instructions, failure to perform required maintenance, and problems caused by use of parts or components not supplied by Meditech. This warranty does not apply to any product repaired or altered by anyone other than Meditech or an authorized Meditech representative.

Meditech will repair or replace products at its cost for reasons other than those outlined above which are covered under this warranty. To initiate a return please contact customers service at 1-844-770-0177. No returns will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Number (“RMA”) and we will not accept COD returns. All parts replaced, removed or exchanged as part of the repair process will become the property of Meditech. If Meditech repairs or replaces a product, the original warranty is not extended.

Meditech makes no express or implied warranties or representations beyond those stated in this warranty statement. Meditech disclaims all other warranties and representations, expressed or implied, including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Meditech’s obligation for any failure of a product to be as warranted are limited to, at Meditech’s option, repair or replacement of the products set forth in this warranty statement.

Under no circumstances will Meditech be liable for actual or claimed defects in any product beyond the remedies set forth in this warranty statement. In no event will Meditech be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this agreement regardless of the legal theory upon which such claim is based and even if such party has been advised of the possibility thereof.

Repairs Not Under Warranty

Components that require repair outside of the one year warranty will be done at the cost of you the customer. To initiate a return please contact customers service at 1-844-770-0177. Our customer service representative will review with you the nature of your repair and discuss the terms, conditions, and timing for your repair. If you are in agreement with these conditions you will be issued a RMA Number. We will not accept returns without an RMA Number and we will not accept COD returns.

One of the terms for repairs outside of the warranty period is that all shipping costs will be the responsibility of you the customer. We highly recommend that you send your authorized repair return via UPS or FedEx so that you have a tracking number. Meditech International is not responsible for lost or misplaced return shipments.
